I have been in business for 8 years in recruitment and have also just set up a business which will help new companies find proven suppliers in their region. I started off in accountancy and somehow got into recruitment by the back office support. i supply some large companies in the north east and expanding thourgh the UK. We are now based in Sunderland City Centre which has the great advantage of easier access to our candidates. RSD supplies major supermarket & stores with a visual merchandising service. This could be from a basic shelf stacker to a full store development which incorporates shop fitters. We currently supply companies such as B&Q, Tesco, Somerfield & Homebase across the UK. We have implmented a training programme which has ensured our clients receive quality staff equipped to to do the role with very little guidance from store managers.
