I started my career and still live with it in my heart today a passion to be a leader. Throughout my career I have learned from my mistakes and had so many great mentors. I have truly learned and developed myself into a great team leader. Along the way I have developed skills to enhance and better my restaurants to top performers. I have reduced turnover to all time lows by taking a genuine interest in people and learning what makes them want to be the best they can be. I have improved sales and profits by developing and putting systems into place that improve overall performance. I have developed many skilled leaders further their careers and into positions they didn t think was possible. I have developed relationships and loyalty from co workers and guest that know me.My ultimate goal is to continue to bring my passion, loyalty, hard work, knowledge and other skill sets to lead a team to have the best operations on the planet.
