I have 10 plus years management experience. Management experience includes start-up, ongoing daily management and turn-around.Start-up experience involved expanding the current foster care and adoption programs to a new territory for Olive Crest Foster and Adoption Agency, and later opening a new program within that territory.Turn-around management was conducted at Inner Circle Foster Care and Adoption Agency. This involved taking a non-profit agency from a position of loosing 10,000 monthly to seeing a surplus monthly. Turn around time was approximately 2.5 years.Currently I manage 3 investment properties with total revenue in excess of 1 million dollars annually.
