As a General Manager I am responsible for managing day to day operations of a 52 room hotel. Super 8 is an economy tier in the Wyndham Worldwide family of hotels. Super 8 enjoys a high ranking in regards to customer satisfaction and value for price paid. Recent accomplishments include: Maintaining Pride of Super 8 standing in QA inspections, Increase of Average Daily Rate, Occupancy and Customer Satisfaction scores. Receipt of an "A" grade on most recent QA inspections, and "A" grades on health inspection and fire department inspections.In addition to managing the Super 8 hotel I manage 2 apartment buildings with a total of 24 units. Recent occupancy of in the apartments is frequently at 100% with a waiting list. 8 of the 24 units are fully furnished and rented on a weekly/monthly basis.Lastly, I investigate and research additional investment opportunities for the corporation rendering advice and input on business viability.

As a Mortgage Protection Specialist I meet with families and individual to discuss and determine insurance needs.

Managed and directed all aspects, programs and sub-programs operated by Inner Circle Foster Family Agency. Inner Circle supervised hundreds of foster homes, operated an adoption agency, and provided free counseling services to community members who are victims of crime.
