My strong background and experience in all aspects of seismic acquisition and Time/Depth Imaging has led to my current passion in Quality and Project Management. As Regional Quality Manager for our North and South America offices (U.S./Mexico/Brazil) and subsequent title change to Project Delivery Manager, I was responsible for maintaining and improving compliance to our documented processes, procedures and work instructions so that we remained ISO 9001 compliant, even after the company chose to discontinue ISO 9001 certification. I continue to be a strong believer and advocate of the ISO 9001 principles of Plan-Do-Check-Act and I am a trained ISO 9001 auditor.Assignments have included, but are not limited to:* Update/improve/create documentation of Quality and Project Management processes, procedures and work instructions* Perform and report internal and external compliance audits and root cause analysis* Proactively identify and report on Quality non-conformities, recommend and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions* Create and/or maintain databases for measuring/monitoring client satisfaction/feedback, project deliverable completions, Quality non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions, project staffing requirements (active/sold/risk bids) and planned vs. actual project health (schedule/revenue/client satisfaction)* Oversight of project milestone reviews and deliverable peer reviewsExcellent skills and experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project and PowerPoint.Although my background is concentrated in the seismic industry, my experience and skills are readily transferable to other industries where Quality and Project Management are important.
