Responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction for all Soil Farming jobs. Oversee crew of 4 and maintain all equipment both on and off of locations. Maintain constant contact with company men and supervisors to ensure all jobs are complete on time as well as per design.

Ensure all fracturing jobs are spotted, rigged up, and complete per design, timely, and as safe as possible. Oversee crew of 15+. Maintain constant contact with Field Engineer, Supervisors, and Company men before and during all fracturing jobs to ensure jobs are complete per design and customer satisfaction. Electronics Manager- Responsible for keeping track of, repairing, and distributing all electronic equipment both on location, at the facility, and loaned to other districts. Oversee 4+ employees and train or coordinate sending employees to be trained. Maintain constant contact with Service Supervisors and district E-Techs to ensure all equipment is properly functioning. Also responsible for maintaining all inventory and ordering as needed.

Responsible for distribution of sack product, bulk product, and manufacture and distribution of oil based drilling fluids to drilling rigs. Oversee 8-10 employees as well as numerous contract employees. Conduct QHSE, inventory, and assist in ISO audits. Coordinate trucking to transport products to drilling rigs. Ensure all invoices are properly done per customer orders and signed by customer. Maintain constant contact with Field Engineers, Company Men, as well as my district and corporate managers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Also responsible for all shipping and receiving invoices to maintain product stock for both retail and wholesale customers
