Arrow energy – Moranbah (FIFO 15/13) Drilling Supervisor/ Company Man As Drilling Supervisor, was responsible to manage crews of up to 30 people – dependent on the program, shift and site activity, reported into either the Drilling Superintendent or Senior Drilling Supervisor (shift dependent). Core Responsibilities: 2010-2014• As SSM was responsible to ensure any site based activity was planned effectively, adhering to strict safety guidelines and government regulations.• Initially involved in numerous exploration drilling programs, supervising Chip and Core Pilot Wells. During the 4 year time period, supervised up to 100 well exploration programs.• As the programs matured, commenced supervisory involvement with Drilling Surface In Seam Wells (SIS) – Production Wells. Over the last couple of years at Arrow, was involved in the drill activities of approximately 20 different production wells. • The role was responsible for daily reporting, site preparation, compliance to API standards, camp accommodation booking and the organisation of the relevant site equipment required for the individual programs.• The programs often ran 24/7 - 12 hour shifts per day, as Drilling Supervisor, was the main contact person for any site based issue or requirement.Key Achievements: • Initially commenced as Assistant Drill Supervisor within 12 months was promoted into Drilling Supervisor due to the achievement of all set KPI’s. • Exemplary Safety Record over a 4 year period, with no loss time and zero injuries during both the production or exploration programs. • Main point of contact on site, through successful and detailed planning was able to continually ensure a smooth transition between one program to another such as ensuring accommodation was booked, equipment was available and drilling and safety instructions were clear and understandable.

Downer EDI Mining – Mount Isa (FIFO 28/12 initially then 15/13) 2006-2010Senior DrillerResponsible for the day to day operations of 2 rigs and a crew of 8 personnel working day shift, reported into the Field Supervisor and Drilling Manager.Main Responsibilities: • Contracted and worked for a variety of resource companies across diverse commodities including gold, copper, phosphate, tin, uranium across numerous locations within Australia conducting Reverse Circulation & Core Drilling.• Developed strong relations with key clients via effective communications and reporting – adhering to strict safety protocol.• Day to day onsite planning with both the client company and drilling crew.• Weekly billing reporting to the Field Supervisor or Drilling Manager.• Daily pre-start meetings to understand daily client expectations, alcohol & drug testing, safety awareness and training.• 2IC to the Field Supervisor, managed and allocated work to the crew in his absence.• As the lead person on site made sure that the crew adhered to all OH&S regulations and processes.Key Achievements:• Initially recruited as an Offsider Lease Hand and after 2 years was promoted into an Assistant Driller, promoted again into the Senior Driller role within 12 months. • Very successful strike rate was achieved during this time period, as an example repeat business was achieved from client Xstrata Copper – both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
