I am head of the London Bus Performance team for HCT Group. I am responsible for the controlling team and all supervisors. The iBus controllers are managed to improve the on the road performance, delivering consistent service performance.

I work with the controller teams to improve the overall performance of the routes on a day to day basis. This in turn improves the performance bonus which we recieve

I manage the Depot's drivers on a day to day basis dealing with all attendance disciplinary issues. I conduct 1-2-1's with all driving staff and deal with any reports which are recieved.

I am currently working with the Network Operations Team within CentreComm learning more about their role in delivering Bus Services. I am working closely with the Metropolitan Police on a local level regarding Anti-Social behaviour, Bus Station issues and Staff Assaults, both TfL staff and Bus Drivers.
