Maintained and repaired all conveyors, 6 inch in width to 48 in in width I have experience in repairing and replacing the belts (rubber, chainlink belt and canvas fiber belt). knowledgeable in the lacing of all sed belts. reparing and adjusting of the belt tensioners, knowledgeable in the adjustment and tracking of sed belts. not only part or product conveyors but also Exray machines, material feeding for our blast furnaces, elevator conveyors for shot blast machines. knowledgeable in the electric motor replacement and the speed reducer / gearbox drives. experience with photo eyes and sensors in controlling conveyor movements removed lower end shot units (rebuild and replace) for.the UBE Squeeze cast machines. light metal fabrication, MIG , Stick and TIG weld. also attended 3 different facilities to perform "lean mfg " on our sister companies.
