After a professional career in the Banking/Insurance/Financial Services industry, I retired effective October 2022. In retirement, I’m looking to pursue opportunities that allow me to utilize my skills and experiences in support of our communities in For Profit and Non-Profit capacities. My past service includes the Board of Trustees for the National Urban League, Boys & Girls Club of Central Iowa, American Heart Association, Junior Achievement and New York State Association for Affordable Housing. I also served as Nationwide’s United Way campaign chair in 2011.In my current role as an Independent Director for The Andersons (NASDAQ:ANDE), I serve on both the Audit and Compensation & Leadership Development Committees. I’ve also achieved the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship certification. My passion revolves around youth and education. Although I don’t currently sit on any boards related directly to youth education, I’m a supporter of organizations like City Year Columbus, Boys and Girls Club of Columbus and various scholarship funds. I’m open to board opportunities where my skills and passion can support an organization committed to supporting these causes. Youth education also includes youth sports.
