Directed and managed Crisis Action Team (CAT) critical assets. Coordinated operations with other Major Commands, Numbered Air Forces, and Wings, during contingencies and training events. Managed 3,500 taskings, annually throughout their life-cycle to include critical mission programs such as weather, reconnaissance, aerial spray, aerial firefighting and other special missions. Performed budget analysis on CAT critical assets, forecasting RPA/MPA money streams to support operations. Performed risk/cost benefit analysis in support of senior level decision making involving significant CAT operation issues. Led joint team planning efforts involving other DoD activities, coordinating with them to resolve different viewpoints on critical issues. Managed training & security programs for 135-member military/civilian staff. Coordinated Operations Orders, Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement and Operations Plans to ensure AFRC requirements were current and interacted with Gaining MAJCOMs, Joint Commands, NAFs and other agencies. Authored and coordinated CAT publications, instructions and training manuals. Conducted/inventoried and managed critical CAT assets, reported and recommended courses of action on all issues of concern. Managed the CAT Administrative Support Team, ensured Directors and Deputies were properly trained in conduction emergency stand-up operations. Processed 300+ requests for security actions using the Joint Personnel Adjudication System.
