Covering services ranging from asset management, utilities, security, transport, support staff, to cleaning, grounds and building maintenance and waste and laundry services.• Total annual turnover of circa $M, with responsibility for a team of Site Managers, Business Manager, Business Analysts, Human Resources Manager, Technical Services and Engineering Managers and support personnel. Responsibility also for client retention, business development, strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting, communication and client relationships at all levels from local and state governments to international funding houses.

Key Responsibilities• Responsible for all Alliance Catering’s operational business activities throughout the southern region of NSW, including the ACT, in the areas of traditional business and industry, retail, education and aged care. Key Responsibilities• Responsible for the growth and development of an existing, though fledging, operational business throughout the Australian Capital Territory and western NSW. Encompassing the areas of traditional business and industry, retail, education, healthcare, aged care, including some sixteen separate client locations. Provision of services ranging from catering, cleaning to grounds and building maintenance, waste and laundry services, retail food outlets and uniform shops management.• Total annual turnover of circa A$M, with responsibility for a team of Site Operational Managers, functional sales and support personnel, client retention, business development, strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting, communication and client relationships at all levels.
