They are looking for deals that we fund and they Receive 15% of the profit whether monthly, yearly or as the deal sells. I train each person personally to find the best deals with higher than normal profits. Every finder has been in class with me and has hours of training that is ongoing weekly. This is a real estate training that changes lives and builds families. We are a team and many team members grow from within to also teach and train others to find and contract real estate. We have no outside teachers or trainers, nor do we sell anything at our classes. We want all team members to grow and find deals because that is how we make our future and our money. Gary has taught thousands over the years across the country and saw many fail because they did not have the money and that is where Deal Funders comes in. We teach you and then we put our money to the deal.
