I used to work in the dairy industry and was responsible for the day to day running of it. I learnt about environmental health services and management at the Scottish agricultural college and Aberdeen University. My biggest achievement in the industry was receiving accreditation for the quality control procedures that me and my team set up. I moved on into the Bakery industry and successfully helped build this business by finding more customers. My interest in Falconry though turned into a hobby though and I have since used my skills in in bird control. I have been fortunate enough to have had a mentor of 60 years experience in Falconry whose knowledge is second to none.
