Highly motivated and self-driven leader with experience is leading teams of over 140 persons, with high knowledge levels and experience on Well Control equipment, Drilling unit operations, Asset Management & Project Management. Team player who see the bigger picture in decision making to benefit of employer and personnel under direct leadership. Experience in building, managing and amending large annual budgets in excess of $32M as required by market conditions, developing and implementing 5 yearly lookahead plans in both budgeting and operational outlooks. Many years working in 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year environment with a well-managed work/ life balance. Working in various parts of the world including Europe, Africa and Central America giving experience is working in different countries and cultures.
