• Review, negotiation and approval of service contracts for the GMP facilities services• Scheduling maintenance for facility shutdowns of pharmaceutical production equipment• Liaise with multi-disciplinary contractors to ensure schedules are in line with client expectations• Review and approval of Contractor Risk Assessments and Method Statements• Managing contractors and PMC engineers to meet tight deadlines• Produce risk analysis on utilities and production equipment for movement of PPM scheduling• Main point of contact between Porton Biopharma Limited engineering (PBL), business unit managers and contractors.• Review of service reports and implement recommendations for PBL engineering. • Experience of working within a GMP Quality System, in particular change control, Non Conformance management, CAPA, discrepancy/deviation, and documentation management.• Implement engineering and documentation procedures.• Identify system improvements and work with PBL in the implementation of new and existing procedures • Ensure effective evaluation of all EMCOR GMP subcontractors and to assess the compliant nature of their performance during the delivery of their contractual requirements • Management review of job plans and planned maintenance ensuring compliance and integrity with validated Maximo system
