My name is gary dyer,I have worked in the construction industry for the past 35 years. Starting as a labourer for a ceiling contractor, showed interest so led to progress within this field. I feel I have been very lucky to have worked with some great people, and some great contracts.Working on the royal opera house Covent Garden, setting out and constructed the auditorium ceiling.Working on Buckingham palace, Kensington palace gardens, and many high end ceilings. Setting out fixing, managing and co ordinating labour working within budget and program.Returning the highest quality in finishes.after moving from London started work for Smart partitions as a supervisor/ contracts manager.In this role for almost five years.A brief spell with Hepburn until COVID.Then after several months out, started with linear projects as a floor manager in charge of dry lining to Brighton hospital.Which ran for almost a year.Then on to my current role as finishing manager/assistant site manager with crest Nicholson at Horley.
