I have been working within injection moulding since I was 16 years old. I've devoted my time to trying to learn everything I can about the process. I still learn now! I strive to improve everything related to making good parts using all the factors to hand in a scientific approach, quickly identifying root causes learnt from experience and testing ideas. Process, tooling, water, maintenance, material all have a significant effect on performance in the injection moulding process. I can also manage a team and relate all info in a relaxed manner with all team members to work well together. I truly believe in a fluid team ethos and try to break down the walls between departments, all companies want to make parts without scrap and as efficiently as possible, I take an interest in the environment and also want to reuse as much as possible in the process. I do not shy away from any challenge on any issues related to process. I work tirelessly to improve in any way I can in my field, because at the end of the day the business has to be profitable
