I have over 50 years of experience in the electrical industry. My electrical background includes industrial applications, field experience, apprenticeship training programs, subject matter expert for electrical technical publications and software, business owner for seventeen years, Lighting Certified(LC) project manager/electrical design for Baker Electric for over nineteen years. Experienced in estimating in 4 different electric estimating programs, electrical design in AutoCAD/Revit platforms, Navisworks and BIM Coordination. Other functions have included technical writing, proposal writing, WEB design, electrical controls and miscellaneous business functions.My goal is to bring responsible electrical design practices to all projects I design. This includes compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), life safety codes and energy codes. Constructability, life cycle costs, long term maintenance issues and environmental impacts are additional considerations. My field experience, design background and technical expertise are all contributory to meeting these goals.Truly excited to join the Three Phase team on Project Morgan. This provides a great opportunity to get into a new area of substation and medium/high voltage projects.
