Primary role: to design and deliver a high quality training consultancy programme for School Leaders and Managers on all areas of managing people. I managed a team of 12 staff in the delivery of the service as well as taking on complex casework including sensitive capability and misconduct investigations, HR lead on large change management projects and successfully presenting cases on behalf of Respondents at employment tribunal. i was also lead officer for the development of key model HR policies for schools in KCC
