I foster direction and support to teams and individuals in the development and implementation of policy and process in the design, planning, delivery and review of academic programming. Readiness, at institutional and individual levels, is key to academic excellence and successful change. I believe, sometimes, you have to assist with the ability and capacity to understand and embrace the change before pushing the change. That takes trusting and productive relationships at all levels. Transparent, measurable, communicated and embraceable expectations, along with an investment in the supports and the empowerment of champions to foster and meet those expectations, help ensure success.
