I started working in the food service industry back 2003 as a host. I instantly knew I found my passion as to what I wanted to do for a career. I've always strived to learn as much as I can to be a top performer, so that I could move to the next level. The one thing I've found with working in restaurants is that everyday is different. You meet people everyday and the job is always changing, creating a unique atmosphere. Throughout my experiences I've found that I excel at being able to teach others. From being a host trainer, being promoted to server trainer, to becoming a manager and continually being involved with the development of others. Coming from a family of teachers I've always found it natural to be a teacher. As a manger my goal is to be that person that the staff and other mangers can trust to get the job done. I like creating a place to where people like to be. Whether it be a guest or employees. Being able to have fun is part of the job. My long term goals are to become a general manager and someday even a regional manager or even regional training manager.
