Manage the Operations to ensure that Production requirement is met on a daily basis with a Capacity of over 4 Million units per day. Ensure that different teams within the organization is working together to drive company metrics in terms of Quality, Cycle time, Productivity, Overall Equipment maintenance and Utilization, Process Improvements and People development. Manage 5 direct reports and over 250 indirect reports including Subcontract employees.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS Led the Operation to become the Best Quality Team for 6 consecutive quarters. This is a measurement of team’s adherence to Quality standards, production efficiency and process improvement initiatives. Led the Operation to become the TI Worldwide best 5S Operations in 2008-2009.Helped in the development and enforcement of 5S culture within the Organization that pave the way in garnering the Best 5S team award. Started-up operations of TI Clark Philippines on the set-up of overall manufacturing process for Wafer Chip Scale Packaging Back-end. Worked with start-up team to establish needed processes and specifications as well as controls to ensure ramp to production target is achieved.

Manage the overall Equipment Maintenance and Sustenance of Burn-in & Post Test Operations, such as ICOS, STI Hexa, RVSI Ball/Lead scanning systems, moisture desorption ovens, tape & reel systems, sealing & packing machines, AEHR Max ovens, KES ovens, Auto-loader units, burn-in boards, overall repair and maintenance of Test interface peripherals such as Loadboards, contactors, handler conversion kits, nests, actuators, over all execution of schedule measuring and test equipment calibration, quality documentation, measurement system analysis and ESD compliance monitoring.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS Introduced “vertical sealing” concept on tape and reel systems which eliminated peel of strength (POS) failures. Resulted to productivity improvement of more than 50%. Headed the Post Test Quality Initiative Team that aims to improve processes and quality to eliminate both external and internal quality issues. Reduced customer complaints to more than 50% from 4Q05 baseline. Member of the TI Worldwide Post Test Integrity team. Meets annually to facilitate best practice sharing (BPS) among sites, benchmarking to achieve sameness. Sustained 95% burn-in board socket availability preventing capacity degradation. Introduced web based spare management system. Introduced Au Alloy contactor pins which helped meet test continuity goal of 0.2 % and helped in the development and introduction on double crown contactor pins to prolong board pad life and enhance contact resistance. Introduced “Continuous Grounding Monitor” (CGM) system to TIPI manufacturing floor. A cheap, easy way of arresting and checking potential ESD problems, presented in the 2003 ASEMEP Technical Symposium, Westin Philippine Plaza.

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of different electronic boards, power supplies and other electronic and electrical devices and execution of scheduled equipment measuring and test equipment such as Calibrators, and Jofra Process Calibrators, temperature controllers, recorders, pressure gauges, thermometers, calipers, micrometers, oscilloscopes, function generators, optical gauges, timers, overheat protectors, hygrometers, power supplies, x-ray fluorescent testers, thermocouples and others.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS Member of TIPI Quality Assessment team. Developed and authored calibration specifications, guidelines and procedures. Established the calibration laboratory to meet QS9000 quality system requirements. Authored the paper “Enhanced Board Repair Solutions Trough the Use of ATEs”. Presented in the 10th ASEMEP Technical Symposium, PICC. Introduced METCAL Calibration software – closed looped calibration system
