I would survey the area where the property is situated, extensively research the best three Estate Agents based on marketing style, coverage, experience and sales success, arranging and attending the market appraisals so that I can meet with them in person. Using my experience and expertise I would then make recommendations based on my research and then liaise with the chosen agent on your behalf, providing you with regular updates on the sale and any chain that may be attached, seeing it through to exchange of contracts and completion. The fee for my service will be on a no sale no fee basis and would be an agreed % payable on completion of the sale. I will then share that fee fairly with the successful agent to ensure they are fully committed and motivated to finding you the very best buyer, at the very best price and will use my experience to ensure they are always acting in your best interest.If you would prefer to employ my services for a simple impartial fact finding exercise on agents within an area of the UK, this can also be facilitated quickly and at a mutually agreed fee.
