Currently the Chief Audit Executive and V. P. of Johnson & Johnson’s Corporate Internal Audit & Investigations organization, reporting directly to the CFO of J&J and the Audit Committee of the external Board of Directors. Responsibilities include:• Leadership of the global internal audit function, including the annual Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 and Policy on Business Conduct certifications, and ensuring that financial and information technology controls are appropriately designed and executed effectively to provide assurance to the accuracy of enterprise financial reporting. • Execution of audit programs related to Finance & Information Technology Internal Controls, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Domestic Healthcare Compliance, Pre-Implementation Reviews of Major Systems & Process Changes, Government Contract Compliance, Vendor Contract Control & Recovery, Due Diligence on Targeted Acquisitions, Post-Acquisition Compliance Diligence.• Execution of For-Cause Investigations of all matters of impropriety falling under the purview of the Audit or Regulatory Committee(s) of the external Board of Directors, including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.• Participating-member of the external Board of Director’s Audit and Regulatory, Compliance & Government Affairs Committee(s), and member of J&J’s Compliance Committee, charged with providing leadership across financial and non-financial compliance functions/activities.
