Staff Officer responsible for the governance, compliance and safe and efficient conduct of all Sea Cadet activity across the Northern Area.

Staff Officer responsible for the delivery of coherent Outreach (diversity) programmes, coordinating & leading the Scotland & Northern Ireland Specialist Engagement Team that raise awareness of the Naval Service with under-represented groups, such as Females, BME and LGBT sectors of the community.

Coordinating, planning and execution of recruit outreach, selection & marketing with the education and youth sectors and wider engagement events with the general public, including employer engagement to raise the profile of the Naval Service in Scotland & Northern Ireland.

Responsible for planning and coordination of the Royal Navy's contribution to resilience during the Fire Fighters dispute in Scotland and Northern England
