I am the new General manager of the Duny group, the group consists of 3 companies, a screw machine company with over 50 screw machines, a CNC shop and a cold cast repair shop. My role has evolved since starting with Duny Machine, added duties now include: staff management, budget decisions, project management, R&D, sales and hiring of new staff. In the past year, I have distinguished myself with the following accomplishments: • I managed the successful launch of the gun drill operation which included the physical move of the operation, learning, and running of the gun drill operation. I have made many improvements to the operation to gain better efficiencies and productivity. • I have organized and helped implement R&D to all of the Duny group, I have reported and designed and implemented all R&D for Duny machine for the past several years. • I design and layout all the screw machine jobs.• I am able to make tooling and design and make specialty drills and form tools for all screw machines. • I do all quoting, and assist with pricing of new and old jobs. • It is my responsibility to learn, run and mentor others in proper procedure whenever new equipment is added. My expertise and knowledge allowed me to diagnose machine problems.• I am solely relied upon to diagnose and fix any problems that arise in the shop and I can say proudly I have never let them down. • I have been given the challenge of moving other shops to the Duny location. I have strategized and organized the move, which includes setting up machines, teaching operators how to run the different jobs . I have setup and operated the small auto .• I continually strive for excellence, continuing adding value to the company. • Peer reviews indicate that my colleagues appreciate my management style and I am a valuable member of the team.

Responsible for the supervision of employees and machines. Fully trained in the set-up, maintenance and rebuilding of Davenport Multi-Spindle screw machines. Familiar with the new Servo-B Davenport. Able to make specialized tools and drills. QS trained and well versed in the certification and retention of same.Familiar with New Britains model 52,60 and 61, 62 Wickman,MSO and Davenport chuckers. Health and Safety representative and CPR certified.Responsible for all part quotes and machine layouts.Responsible for training of all new employees in operating, setup,and maintenance.
