Global Head of Business Intelligence for Fees and Commissions

Reconciling and allocating exchange fees to client's accounts for trading activity performed across 3 asset classes including equities, futures and options.

Duties Include: · Coordinating the handover of jobs from the sales group to the operations team, as well as the handovers to the service team after a job is complete. · Track AR and AP are processed accurately each month in coordination with the Project and Operations Managers. · Also maintaining office machines, distributing mail and issuing parts to customers and technicians · Tracking each job financially on a monthly basis to ensure profit margins stay high through project claims and change orders.

Duties Include: · Kept accurate warehouse inventory each day · Shipping and receiving product on a daily basis · Managing 3-4 employees · Shipping items using UPS World Ship · Keeping the warehouse organized and clean.
