As the previous owner of Wellness, Inc., I had the privilege of being part of the Wellness industry when it was in its’ infancy. From 1986, and for the next 25 years, my company grew it into a firm with a nationwide footprint and an exceptional reputation for quality. In 2010 I sold my company. After monitoring the wellness industry over the past 6 years, and due to recent developments, it became clear to me that it was time to start a new company, Empower Health Services, LLC. My primary purpose in creating Empower Health Services (EHS) is to restore a legacy while meeting a growing need in the wellness industry. I plan to provide great jobs for excellent people that share my passion for what we do – providing comprehensive early detection screening services that employers can trust will provide excellence.What legacy and what need? Simply put, Client’s value partnering with an experienced, high integrity, cost effective and non-sub contracted on-site health screening company. I believe employees’ value working for a company with passion, compassion, values and purpose. EHS will be that company. I have established Empower Health to specialize in comprehensive (Panel C) screening services to serve clients that seek preventive screening services that go well beyond just finger stick tests for heart disease and diabetes screening. EHS has recruited some of the best health care professionals in the nation to provide the flexible quality service that my past customers had come to appreciate and expect from my organization.

My work efforts since selling Wellness Inc to OptumHealth was to build, manage and maintain major strategic customer relationships and integration opportunities, as well as focus on expanding business relationships both domestically and internationally. I worked to successfully transition our legacy relationships with clients and employees in an effort to support and strengthen OptumHealth’s mission to help people live their lives to the fullest.
