Pilgangoora 133Km From The Port Hedland Airport Via Great Northern Highway

The project, located at Pilgangoora in Western Australia, is approximately 123km drive from the town of Port Hedland. Road access to the site is via the Great Northern Highway and then Shire roads and station tracks. The Pilgangoora Mining Lease tenements, covering the resource modelling area, are M45/1230 and M45/1231 and cover an area of 394 hectares. HSE Lead setting up the HSEMS for the operational mine and processing. Managing the HSE requirements for the construction phase for the owner’s team and contractor engagement and management.

Barrow Island Gorgon Project

Monadelphous is a leading Australian engineering group providing construction, maintenance and industrial services to the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors1. Gorgon Gas Project, Barrow Island one of the world's largest natural gas projects located within the greater Gorgon area, about 130 kilometres off the north-west coast of Western Australia on Barrow Island which is a class A Nature reserve. The contract was for the maintenance of all plant, equipment and facilities such as accommodation units, power generation, reverse osmosis water treatment plants, a marine diving and maintenance team and all buildings and associated infrastructure. 350 employees. 20 Direct reports.

The Worsley Efficiency and Growth Project is to be built by Bechtel for Worsley Alumina Pty Ltd and will expand the plant to a maximum capacity of approximately 4.6 Mtpa. This is a $2.5 billion construction project to upgrade the capacity of the mining and refinery facility at Worsley and Boddington this project will make Worsley the biggest and most efficient alumina refinery in the world. Monadelphous are to complete the expansion of the Red side and the management of the Henderson Pre-assembly Yard.

Newman Hub

The Newman hub construction site is part of BHP Billiton's $US1.85 billion ($2.72 billion) Rapid Growth Project 4 (RGP4) to expand its WA iron ore operations and is managed by Mines and Port Development. This had increased existing capacity from 45Mtpa to 58Mtpa. The scope of work consisted in the construction of the following: Car Dumper, Train Load Out, Screening, Crushing, Stockyards and Rail Infrastructure.
