Gary has vast experience in disease claims and has dealt with a number of “floodgate” scenarios throughout his legal career. He is used to complex causation disputes and has successfully defended a multi party action involving 41 claimants.Gary became Keoghs’ Director of Technical Claims in 2010 which involves the coordination and delivery of business development plans across the division (including Keoghs' complex injury, disease, commercial litigation, casualty, crime & regulatory and local authority teams). His role also includes account management for one of Keoghs’ largest clients.Gary is also Keoghs' client account management board chairman responsible for the management, retention and development of clients across the practice.
