Responsible for everything the company does, or fails to do.• Recognized by the battalion and brigade commander for being the first company in the battalion to achieve 100% manning strength and 100% retention over the course of an entire fiscal year• Emphasized and improved company supply discipline program, meeting all inspection requirements and resulting in 0 losses of over $ 8 million in equipment over tenure• Worked with state, country and local governments to establish land-use agreements in order to expand the company training area over 1,000 square kilometers• Worked directly with other government agencies, contractors, foreign governments and foreign nationals during overseas contingency operations, in order to meet mutual goals and accomplish organizational objectives • Managed a $1.5 million facilities expansion program, while consolidating the organization in order to streamline operations and increase efficiency

Supervises maintenance, logistics, inspections and soldier readiness for a 131 soldier light infantry company. Second in command, manages the company in the commander’s absence.• Built a comprehensive plan, later adapted by the battalion and brigade, to drastically improving the supply discipline of the organization from unsatisfactory, to satisfactory and increasing security of the facility equipment• Volunteered for advanced party during every mission, in order to coordinate all necessary logistical preparations, maximizing the probability of success• Built and supervised both a cyclic inventory plan and a cyclic maintenance plan for all company equipment, in order to ensure fiscal accountability and mission capability• Identified early for company command, sent to and graduated from the maneuver captain’s career course as a 1LT (ahead of peers) during this time
