We improved main haul roads saving $1.8M in reduced road maintenance costs and improved truck cycle times. We saved over $1M by increasing the coal hauling capacity of some the trucks in our fleet. We developed a union incentive program to better focus our employees on productivity improvement. Overall, we initiated 18-productivity improvement and training projects in a 12-month period.
