Flick Financial, has helped small and medium size business owners around the US grow their business value and cashflows. My past career includes two national CPA firms, VP / Financial Director of a multibillion dollar publicly traded company and was the Financial Director for an investment banking / merchant banking firm, and was employed by two different publicly traded companies as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2002, I formed my own firm, Flick Financial, to assist businesses and individuals with professional accounting and financial services. I often work with business owners as their interim or as a sourced CFO. I am on the Board of Directors of a publicly traded company based in New York and am Chairman of the Audit Committee. During this process, I functioned as the Project Manager / Team Leader on various large high profile parts of the project providing guidance to all parties that were involved in the process, including consultants from various Big 4 type accounting firms, regional accounting consultants, as well as, HEALTHSOUTH personnel.
