In charge of the sales and marketing, starting from the strategic planning all the way down to the execution. Responsible for sales and management teams(around 45 people) on the 3 company locations.Also Responsible of software acquirement and internal software development and project management, most of it on the B2B portal and specific reporting tools (Business Intelligence) as well as propose new projects in order to generate value from the IT team.

Responsible of working with clients to understand their needs (requirements analysis), and then design and prepare the best available solution for them in terms of technology, price and resources. Also responsible for working with teams on the development of proofs of concept and several research initiatives.Often helping delivery teams on specific challenges.

Responsible for leading the development/technical team. A key part of this is to work along with project managers to guarantee successful deliveries, starting with the allocation of the right people to ensure that the team had the required technical knowledge to execute all the required tasks. During the execution, in charge of following up on technical challenges, providing feedback, guideline, doing research, solving conflicts or even developing specific parts if necessary. In Charge of custom development estimates, Metrics and KPI’s follow-up and review. Also help handling the interaction with 3rd parties and have worked implementing tools, performing trainings, interviews and knowledge transfers working with Costa Rica and India Teams.Responsible for high visibility projects such as product launches.

Responsible for Grupo Babel’s personnel working at clients locations. In Charge of providing Technical guidance to the team, and to ensure that their productivity was according with our clients standards as well as create projections (pipeline) and budgets for the department.Also in charge of the hiring process, evaluations and career development plans.

Responsible for client relationships, sales team, and other business analysts. In charge of discovering needs, create estimates and proposal delivery for customers along with the project planning and projects kick-off.

Responsible for managing whole software development life cycle for projects; Planning, team management, execution and delivery.

Started as an intern, and grew up to senior Software Developer. Did requirements Analysis, Desktop and web software development, mostly with Microsoft Technologies(Visual Studio .Net, SQL Server) for client projects as well as outsourced. I had the opportunity to work on several industries, countries and faced different type of challenege during this time.
