I configured equipment with various required software including Lotus Notes and MS Office 2007. I installed hardware for local/remote locations throughout the U.S. Troubleshot complex issues that the Help Desk couldn’t resolve in-person and remotely using Ultra VNC, documenting all fixes using “Change Gear” Help Desk software. Used Active Directory to assign required User Rights. Performed Windows7 rollout and Desktop refresh project at PING Golf manufacturing headquarters for over 200 Dell workstations and IBM (Lenovo) Laptops.
