I am well versed in workscope management, delivering technical leadership and engineering support to effectively guide offshore and on/off site teams. This has included cost control, contractor management and the consideration of specific studies or modifications. Additionally, I am adept with using underwater equipment and vehicles for the purpose of collecting data through imagery technology. I have been exposed to working on rigs which has enabled skills within design analysis to identify any problem areas, in conjunction with various other industry professionals, including oceanographers and scientists. I am naturally tuned into people and adopt a practical approach to lead teams by example. I support all planning and troubleshooting to overcome barriers and assure I remain flexible and versatile to deliver broad-thinking and a solutions-led approach.
