Mondo.NYC is a music festival and business summit focused on New York, offering a comprehensive program for music professionals, content creators, music supervisors, and tech industry experts.As a Founding Partner and Director, I played a crucial role in developing and launching the startup event from inception. I was involved in event planning, panel tracks, and industry outreach, as well as working on the annual budget and strategic business plan with the founders.I led the selection, booking, ticketing, and scheduling process for the nighttime Mondo music festival, which receives over 800 new artist applications each year. I collaborated with artists, managers, venues, and talent buyers throughout the booking process to ensure a successful and well-organized event.

Responsible for building Outward Sound, the first government-initiated music export office and grant assistance program in New Zealand, from inception.
