My employment at Micro Focus was focused on delivering integration plans as a member of the IMO for the HPS acquisition which closed September 1st 2017, and the acquisition of assets for the SUSE business from HPE in March 2017. The HPS integration work has been managed in partnership with a global consultancy practice and completed in April 2019.

• Responsible for the program management of select IT integrations and separations from deal close to employee and business day 1 events in line with the approved M&A strategy.• Worked with other corporate M&A functions and IT project teams to ensure the integration is managed to achieve the required integration strategy, synergies, and revenue projections within the acquiring company functions, systems and infrastructure. • Responsible for HPIT Outsourcing Program to fulfil up to 400 internal IT projects per annum for services customer account delivery. Key Achievements: • Delivered the integration of three Software and one Storage business acquisitions on budget and within the approved timeframe (typical integration budget >$1-10m).• Managed one divestiture and three HP print supplies market strategic outsource projects to deliver the transition of IT services (TSAs & supply chain impacts) between sign and close on time and budget.• Responsible for multiple strategic programs / project work streams simultaneously.• Set up and established a global program providing an internal IT PMO for HP’s services business following the acquisition of EDS 2008. • Developed an automated online IT PMO project request fulfilment process co-ordinating the staffing and cost recovery for unbudgeted internal IT project work. • Developed QlikView dashboard reporting to drive process improvements to allow a >200% increase in productivity and reduced project lead times to customers by 50% over a 3 year period for the HP ES ABS/BPS, ITO and EG services businesses. (Circa $8m annual cost).• Managed resistance to change, scope, technical and business competing priorities. • Contributed towards the increase in satisfaction of HP businesses with HP IT through management culture leadership, training, internal marketing techniques and driving change where necessary across all IT teams.

• Responsible for the project management of the post-sale agreement of the Citigroup – Diners Club Cards Acquiring business (CCA) with Elavon Financial Services Limited.• Responsibilities included provision of migration support from within Citigroup to enable the ‘acquiring business’ to achieve full TSA service independence from Citigroup by 31/12/07.Key Achievements:• The project closed with a 15% increase in reserves from the effective management of TSA services and billing for the provision of additional support services to assist with the project, and the control of the services TSA budget over a 2 year period.• Co-ordinated intercompany relationship and use of Citigroup’s accounting and settlement systems, technical infrastructure and premises, for 2 years following the divestiture. • Ensured information security and risks were managed during the separation and TSA period. Citigroup / CitiFinancial, Reading, Acquisitions Project Manager; 2005- 2006 • Responsible for the project management of secured / unsecured loan and mortgage portfolio acquisitions and divestitures to support the UK CitiFinancial business strategy.• Developed and implemented an end-to-end mortgage portfolio acquisition process flows and procedure ensuring compliance with internal policy and external regulatory controls.

• Responsible for the preparation, testing and compliance of all business continuity planning (BCP) operations for all CitiFinancial offices within the EMEA region. • Achievements include the development of a regional BCP methodology, the establishment of a business continuity team across European operations, successful disaster recovery strategy development, implementation, testing, and compliance.

Responsible for providing operations support and business development planning for new UK and ROI branch operations. My ongoing responsibilities included the management of corporate services projects to increase the cost effectiveness of branch operations. My responsibilities included working with branch operations management and property surveyors to ensure the successful opening of new branches, and achieving ROI profitability within 18 months.

Responsibilities included logistics projects analysis and co-ordination to increase the efficiency of the logistics operations for Sony Consumer Division in the UK. Key achievements included the design and build of a logistics costs budgeting and accounting model which compared budgeted storage and distribution costs by product division against actuals on a monthly basis and distributed the cost of logistics based on the sales performance of each business.
