Leading by example by actively delivering personal sales targets.Ventis was a Home Ventilation business which assisted in providing a warmer, cooler and fresher home reducing dampness and mould throughout the year.Having the responsibility of building and developing an install team, sales team and administration function.At our peak we had 8 sales employees, 3 installers and 2 administrators and we were installing upto 50 systems per month.

Key Responsibilities:• Overall management of Sales and Operational aspects of companies Waste Management Division.• Ensure all licensing requirements are met in relation to company’s waste treatment and transfer stations.• Liaise with Managing Director and advise on site and equipment expenditure requirements.• Create monthly financial and operational reports and business improvement plans. • Major contract and project management.• Registered competent person for the legal operation of company’s waste facilities.• Staff management, recruitment and training.

Key Responsibilities:> New Business Development and account management> Develop a new Waste Management Division within the company.> To successfully obtain relevant licensing for new waste treatment and transfer station.> Create operational procedures, safety manuals, and environmental policies for new facility.> Preparation and evaluation of tender documents for major projects.> Liaise with EPA on all requirements and attend meetings to ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with all legislation.> Employ a team to work under my management within the facility.> Coordinate and plan site development.> Identify potential waste streams and develop suitable disposal methods.> Coordinate and plan daily work requirements for drivers and plant operatives.> Advise Managing Director on equipment and new vehicle requirements.> To complete all documentation required to comply with all legislation.> Act as the companies DANGEROUS GOODS SAFETY ADVISOR.> Safely prepare and package waste chemical loads for the safe transportation to disposal facilities.
