I've been in talk radio in different formats since 2010. I produce and voice top-of-the-hour news and weather for three stations here in Presque Isle, Maine. Since I was a kid in grade school, I've always wanted to help people and be a broadcaster. Thankfully, I was able to accomplish that when I hosted the morning drive on an AM Talk Radio Program in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Before that, I worked as a Member Services Representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming for about 5 years, after having been in Marketing for almost 2. I was involved with training other employees, claims, benefits and servicing the FEP Blue benefits plan. One thing I loved about that job was helping people with their benefits and claims processing. I often thought that "Their family is my family and their money is my money." With that attitude, I was really able to connect with their wants, needs, and concerns which were really rewarding.Now, I help businesses succeed in finding the right solutions to help bring a great return on investment through radio, mobile, targeted digital solutions, and websites. It was called KGAB Mornings with Gary Freeman. We talked local politics, events, charities, open phone lines, hosted local experts in the area, ad production, video and blog content for brand websites.
