• Engineered Computer Room close control air conditioning project, refrigeration, comfort cooling and piped services projects mainly for I.C.I Pharmaceuticals at their Macclesfield, Alderley Park and Blackley sites around Cheshire and Manchester• Thermal Transfer had a four year term contract with I.C.I and projects up to £1m were installed.

• Five year indentured apprenticeship scheme in Building Services HVAC (1981-1986) as a trainee Contracts Engineer.• Draughting: Skills obtained in all aspects of services co-ordination i.e. pipework, ductwork, air handling equipment, chillers, pumps, boiler plant, plumbing, drainage, public health etc. and builders work requirements.• Designing: Fluid systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems etc.• Estimating: Tendering for projects from in house design to consultant design. • Contract Management: Small and major projects, interfacing with client, end user or Main Contractor.
