I am working as a Virtual Paraplanner for a RIA firm.I have currently worked extensively with MoneyGuidePro to create client financial plans. Using gathered client data full plans can be created for the advisor to review and adjust as they see fit. I have experience using Laser App Enterprise to create all account opening/transfer/authorizations documents for both SSG as well as TD Ameritrade. I have worked with Blueleaf and Capitect for client asset linking and allocations. I have experience creating manual assets and household asset groups, as well as proper allocation of manual entered assets using Morningstar reports.I also handle client invoicing and accounts receivable for firms using Xero online accounting software. I have experience creating new and custom invoice templates and processing monthly bank reconciliations. Experience using SSG Netx360 systems as well as TDA VeoOne virtual services.Current CRM in use is Insightly services whit extensive knowledge using insightly reports and pipelines to track client progress and information gathering. I handle most accounting aspects of the company. This includes receiving invoices from vendors, getting approval and issuing payments via credit card, cutting checks, and ACH transfers. I am also responsible for writing checks to customers as well as invoicing customers for services rendered on solar installations. I track all incoming payments daily and separate them out to be distributed to the correct customer profiles or accounting ledger. I Enter and track all debits and credits to the company via Excel workbooks, Quickbooks services, Salesforce systems, and Fishbowl services. In the past year we have transitioned to using Netsuite services for our inventory and accounting tracking. I perform weekly audits on accounts receivable to watch customer payments and make sure no accounts go left un-noticed for issues with payments or incorrect payment amounts. This includes working with 6 different funding provider companies to track payments on solar installs. I am also responsible for tracking business licenses for every city we operate in across the country, running reports monthly to determine which cities need to be renewed, what areas need new licenses, and which cities can have their licenses removed.

Copper Mountain Co

Receive invoices from all departments in the resort. Save, file, and send invoices to appropriate parties for review and approval. Once approval has been secured prepare invoices for payment and process them through the system. In addition I worked with Owners Services to prepare statements and invoices for condo owners, as well as processed payments and applied payments/credits onto owners accounts. Extensively used RTP sales program.

Interpretive Ranger for Capitol Reef entails researching and formulating programs for the public audience based on geography, history, flora/fauna in the area, and other information of note for the area. Performing these programs daily to guests visiting the park. Giving information to visitors on road conditions, suggested hikes, points of interest, and daily plans for visitation. Operate park wide radios to talk with Law Enforcement and other park staff relaying issues and information as necessary. Assist in search and rescue operations whenever necessary.

Internal audit works as a loss prevention task force. I travel to the different areas of the resort auditing food and beverage, retail, ticket sales, and ticket scanning. I look for ways the company is loosing revenue from both the employees, and guests scamming the mountain.Tasks included running and analyzing weekly over and short reports from all points of sale looking for irregularities and what causes them. Creating weekly scanning reports which detail the amount of people on the mountain, who was scanned at the base of the mountain and who was scanned by our auditors. Doing inventory counts on popular retail items looking for losses. I also worked with the cash room which was our sister department. This included bringing change to cashiers around the resort in the mornings and evenings, and counting and reconciling change safes each time we made trips. We would also pick up daily cash drops from points of sales and count them for daily bank drops. Extensive knowledge of RTP services.

Barnard, Vt

Daily activities include general park upkeep including basic grounds maintenance and daily cleaning. Other duties include working in the contact station making reservations, helping day use visitors, and selling merchandise. We also had a small concessions stand in the day use beach area. The concession stand included light food fare and ice creams, as well as boat rentals including peddle boats, kayaks, canoes, rowboats, and stand up paddle boards. We were responsible for maintaining watercraft and making sure guests had appropriate safety gear and new how to operate the boats safely.

I worked the Front Desk of the Killington Grand Hotel as both a front line worker, and a back of the house dispatcher. I answered all of the Hotel phones to answer questions, book reservations, transfer to different departments, and generally help customers navigate their way around the resort and town. Used RTP sales servies as well as SMS Host for hotel operations.
