My greatest strength is my adaptability - 25 years of progressively increased responsibility in the military taught me to be agile and pick things up quickly so I could contribute meaningfully to the mission, even [especially] when thrown into positions with no background and no time for preparation. I've learned to lead effectively and decisively, while remaining true to the vision of my own senior leaders. But most importantly, I've learned the value of good people; and the need to not only find and install them, but also to develop them to their best potential. I'm not sure what specific needs your particular organization will have for me, but I am sure I'll do whatever it takes to meet them.
