My goal is to achieve results that promote undeniable success through leading my team in our “Make an Impact” culture. • Accountable for achieving budgeted goals and setting/implementing operational strategy. • Ensure facility adherence to all district policies. • Set maintenance priorities, supervise staff, and oversee maintenance performance. • Collaborates with administration management on outstanding maintenance issues, identifying reoccurring maintenance problems, and developing proactive solutions. • Ensures all operational metrics and maintenance metrics are achieved. • Foster and embody a “Make an Impact” culture.• Lead and develop team members to achieve personal and professional growth.• Manage team and operation priorities through feedback to improve team performance, building relationships and problem solving.• Create, maintain, and collaborate relentlessly with all stakeholders including District Superintendent, Chief Finance Officer, Sledge Engineering, Huckabee Architects, Construction Company, and key internal stakeholders to achieve district goals. • Responsible for developing the annual facility maintenance budget and achieving the monthly financial targets. • Accountable for financial management of the facility maintenance budget, including, but not limited to annual budgets, monthly/quarterly financial reports, and monitoring expenditures. • Promote core values, collaboration, development of others, solid decision making, and accountability.• Recommend strategic facility management objectives for district staff.• Conduct periodic facility inspections for quality assurance and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.• Oversee the management of all construction projects and renovations.
