This project encompassed the migration of 100s of Novell NetWare servers (authentication, file, print and infrastructure) to Microsoft Win2K Advanced Server. The consolidation resulted in enhanced supportability, performance, availability and ~$2,000,000.00 annual savings. • Project lead for the Enterprise Print Server stabilization initiative. Enterprise print environment encompassed print services for ~25,000 Fidelity employees. The effort improved print service availability, performance and recoverability. • Project lead for the Win2K FTP Standardization Initiative. Collaborated with support partners to define, document and implement a standardized FTP service model based upon elevated security principles including; accountability, availability and supportability. Several hundred business critical FTP processes were updated in support of this initiative.• Developed training materials and conducted training sessions with India staff to facilitate the transfer of knowledge in support of FTG’s “Follow the Sun” support initiative.
