As a teacher partner I have been involved in several educational research projects. My role involvement was as the Design Team lead on the InterLACE project where I led a group of teachers to test and help design software tools to aid students in inquiry based learning using collaboration and documentation. I also worked with LEGO, Labview, National Instruments products, MakerSpaces, TouchTables, and Image Processing.

I was president of the New England Section from 2011 to 2015 and I am currently the webmaster. I was also President of the Southeast Pennsylvania Section of AAPT. I have co-chaired several local AAPT meetings and given numerous workshop and oral presentations.

Facilitating PD for ST Math

Curriculum development for Graduate Level Courses in Technology Education. Provide customized professional development training to school districts. Trainings include: DiscoveryEducation Streaming Plus, Science Techbook, Math Techbook, Social Studies Techbook and STEM Connect. I also provide teacher coaching.

As the coach of the BU Robotics team, I not only coached high school students. I recruited a dynamics group of professional engineers and undegraduate mentors to work with the students, managed a $30-60K budget, wrote grants, hosted tournaments, ran camps, led teacher workshops, and developed curriculum.

While at BUA I taught STEM courses, integrated students into university research, was the Liaison between the Academy and the University, and hosted pre-college STEM outreach programs. I taught classes in physics, math, engineering, astronomy, and computer science.
