•Managing PE Technical & FSE Team•Support Sales Team by regularly visit/meet customers to get update, concerns in order to improve technical support •Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure Equipment are kept up•Identify areas for improvement and assign Engineers to take care of issues•Develop Engineers/maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff•Respond to emergency calls for maintenance•Manage the set up and take down of different events•Communicate plans for upper level improvements to Engineers/maintenance staff•Perform administrative tasks as required•Manage OTP and drive compliance to ISO, IATF and RBA•Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy company needs.

- Handling maintenance PM schedules and activities including: the conduct of maintenance work, the preparation of reports and records, training of technicians and parts flow monitoring and requisitioning. - Attend Daily operations review with Manufacturing and other support groups. - Update and do presentation of Preventive Maintenance performance. - Regularly interacts with Production, PM Technicians, Process Eng.’s and other support groups on matters concerning Equipment PM Schedules and issues that may impact to productivity and quality. - Formulate and implement projects that will improve quality and productivity. - Perform Line Preventive maintenance, Line sustaining such as troubleshooting, repair and testing of Photolithography equipment if needed. WAFER FAB MACHINES• ASML Steppers 100/200/250 and 300 model Lithography Machines. • Mark8 and Act8 Coater/Developer tracks.

- Perform Line Sustaining such as Troubleshooting, repair and Preventive maintenance of Photolithography equipment: 1. SVG/ASML SCANNERS. Also known as Perkin-Elmer projection equipment. 2. SVG 86/88 Series Coater/Developer tracks. 3. SEMIX SOG Tracks. - Attend Daily operations review with Manufacturing and other support groups. - Update and do presentation of Preventive Maintenance performance.- Regularly interacts with Production, PM Technicians and Process Eng.’s on matters concerning Equipment PM Schedules and issues that may impact to productivity and quality. - Train and Develop technical skills to improve team performance.- Formulate and implement projects that will improve quality and productivity.- Perform other task and responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate superior. WAFER FAB MACHINES• SVG/ASML SCANNERS (Also known as Perkin-Elmer projection equipment).• SVG 86/88 Series Coater/Developer tracks.• SEMIX SOG Tracks.• Trion Dry and Wet Etcher.

- Supervised Maintenance activities: the conduct of maintenance work, the preparation of reports and records, training of technicians and parts flow monitoring and requisitioning. -Attend the Daily operations review with manufacturing and other support groups. Disseminate Production plans to subordinates and execute. - Monitor assigned equipment performance (OEE) and implement projects that will increase productivity - Initiates and leads discussions, as necessary with other support groups, for the resolution of issues associated to equipment problems - Regularly reviews technician set-up proficiency (speed and quality) and find ways to develop those skills to reduce OEE losses related to equipment set-up and conversions - Ensures Equipment Engineering compliance to manufacturing specifications and control plan -Takes ownership of quality problems and solves them quickly with true root-cause corrective actions - Support and implement environmental management system. And Ensure safety of all production personnel while at work and inside the production area -Assures that all subordinates practices proper housekeeping in their respective work areas -Evaluate performance of subordinates on a periodic basis (reviewing them at least once per Month)- Recommends alternative actions, decisions, and able to take risk in handling behavioral problems of subordinates through Performance Gap and Recommendation for Disciplinary action -Regularly interacts with management on matters concerning Equipment performance and issues that has major impact to customer delivery and quality  Perform other task and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
