Providing them Access to Employers that are Currently Hiring, Co-Op & Apprenticeship Opportunities and the Resources needed to help outline and guide them on their Career Path in The Skilled Trades. Insuring they have everything they need to Gain Sustainable Employment that will provide them and their families Security in their financial future.* Training the Job Seeker with In Highly Demand Skills required In Life and In The Workplace, to better prepare them for Success & Sustainability in their career !* Working with Businesses in The Skilled Trades to provide the Resources they need to develop a State Recognized Apprenticeship Program (OH & KY), Co-Op Opportunities, On The Job Training, or access to the Resources they may need to Participate AND Commit to Hiring, Training & Retention of the Young Job Seekers entering their workforce.
