This position included the scheduling of maintenance department’s daily activities as well as the PM •Preventative maintenance system. To create PM orders as well as modify their task lists, create maintenance task lists for reoccurring jobs and create BOM’s for equipment.•Current responsibilities involve planning & scheduling for multiple crafts and coordinating jobs between different craft departments. Field verification of all job requests. Communicating to engineering group needs of special projects or specification verification. Communicating to engineering needs to update & correct drawings. Work closely with the operations unit to insure to get the best job scope required to complete the unit’s needs. Sharing my knowledge of SAP to others to assist them in their positions as well.•My most recent job experience is at Ineos, TAR Planner. My responsibilities are to estimate T/A notifications to plan those jobs for manpower by crafts, procure materials and equipment as needed to insure the safest and efficient job plan to be added to the existing T/A schedule.
