Senior Project Manager
CurrentGerard Gobbi is an Engineering Project Manager for CB Richard Ellis, Asset Services in the New England Region. Level 1 PJM. Responsibilities are to manage all phases of project management including design, construction, occupancy, and quality control, staffing and budget management. Working in harmony with all other trade positions, colleagues and senior management, act as a leader and aide to all building engineers, mechanics or tradesman. Responsible for Emergency procedure planning, coordinating training, updating and putting a plan into execution at each asset under management. Gerard is a Level 1 Certified Project Manager. Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Gerard has established an ongoing Operations and Project management background formerly with RREEF Management (Deutsche Bank), providing technical, project management and environmental support on RREEF properties. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Gerard was an Operations Manager for RREEF Management; Gerard has worked with Tenants, Architects and Engineers with Management of over 2.5 Million square feet of Tenant Improvement Projects. These Projects included office, warehouse, laboratory, and site developement for tenant improvements. Gerard has assisted with research and implementation of Acheiving Energy Star Ratings and completed Tenant Improvements with Green Initiatives at several RREEF sites. In this role he has also implemented Contracts, Engineering and managed over 1Million square feet of Energy Efficient Roofing installations.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEGerard possesses 36 years of experience in the construction field including Masonry Facade Restoration, Waterproofing, roofing, Central Plant Upgrades including HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling tower projects and supervising Construction teams with project management. He has supervised construction teams during renovations on commercial High rise office buildings, Condominums and residential apartments in Boston, Cambridge and Maine.
